What is included in your plan packages?

Each plan package consists of exterior elevations, floor plans, foundation plans, building sections, roof plans and relevant details.  The number of sets included will depend on the package you choose.  Lateral engineering can also be provided at additional cost.

How much is a plan package?

Plan packages vary in cost depending on which plan you choose and what options you add.  Pricing information for each plan is available when you browse our  plan collection or you search our plan collection.  You can also view our fee schedule by following the link below.

Can your plans be built in my area?

All stock plans offered meet nationally recognized code standards at the time of their drafting.  However, modifications may be needed to conform to your local code requirements and can usually be done by a design professional in your area. 

How much will it cost to build your plan?

Unfortunately it is difficult to determine the cost of building a plan in your area.  Many variables  such as regional prices, types of materials used and site specific requirements make your builder the best resource for determining construction cost. 

Can stock plans be purchased online?

You can order any of our plans online.  Submit your order online and we will contact you within one business day to finalize your order.  You can also contact our sales staff specifying the plan number you are interested in and your contact information.

Can a purchased plan be used to construct more than one house?

You are licensed to build the plan only once unless a multiple use license is purchased with your plan order.  Please contact our sales staff for pricing information.

Are your plans protected by copyright?

Yes.  All plans, layouts, and ideas available through this website are the property of Russell Design Group.  Use of plans purchased from Russell Design Group is limited to the construction of one building unless a multiple use license is purchased.  Duplication, modification, or reuse of any portion of plans acquired from Russell Design Group without written authorization  from Russell Design Group, is strictly prohibited.
